Michelle is part of an expanding team within the Learning & Teaching Development Service that has emerged under one of the key themes within the new Education Strategy 'An educational experience supported and enhanced by technology'. The role has a particular focus on working in partnership with staff to support the development of learning and teaching practices and to incorporate technology-enhanced learning and more blended learning approaches for campus-based provision.

Michelle currently works with the Leadership Development and Organisation Futures (LDOF) team on the design, development and delivery of a suite of blended Executive Leadership postgraduate programmes. Previous to this role, she was the Senior Programme Coordinator for several suites on Postgraduate Online and Blended Programmes within the Faculty of Medical Sciences Graduate School. Michelle has a vast amount of knowledge of HE with almost 20 years’ experience in professionally supporting both research and teaching, including facilitating training workshops, eLearning, assessments and technology-enhanced learning. Knowledge of academic programme governance and quality management, and the student journey from enquiry to graduation.
