Marc is an Director in the Operational Real Estate team with a specialism in hotel investment properties. Marc has a key focus on sell-side and buy-side investment advisory on behalf of a plethora of clients, including institutions, pension funds, high net worth individuals, developers and private equity. Since joining the team in 2016, Marc has acted on over £1.5bn of transactions throughout the UK and Europe.  Before moving to Investment Properties, Marc was in the Investment Advisory team providing commercial due diligence, strategic buy-side advisory and financial underwriting to numerous stakeholders spanning across the EMEA region.  Prior to joining CBRE, Marc worked for TRI Hospitality Consulting since 2011 specialising in feasibility and advisory services. Marc has a further two years experience as a fund analyst at Hospitality Property Fund (the only listed property fund in South Africa that specializes solely in hotels and leisure).
