For the last 10 years, Victor has focussed on creative production and marketing technology, with clients such as Avon Cosmetics, Alcatel-Lucent, United Biscuits, Coca-Cola, Diageo, Shire and Unilever.

As CEO for EMEA and APAC, Victor engages directly with senior client stakeholders and internal teams to deliver continued value, insight and industry ‘best practice’ and ensuring that ICP’s clients are equipped for success.
