Barbara is a digital capability builder with 17 years’ experience across Marketing, Creative, Supply Chain, and eCommerce. In her current role, she leads Coty’s content platforms globally, powering brand experiences across all digital touchpoints.
Having graduated with a masters in management of information systems from University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, she has worked in the FMCG and the beauty industry for many years. Barbara’s key theme is using technology to simplify business challenges, and building lasting capability through process and org design solutions.
