Festival of Creative Operations 2023

Jillian is the manager of Content Operations on the Brand Studio team at Smartsheet. She helps to create and optimize processes, and bring structure to a team of over 40 talented creative team members by leveraging Smartsheet and its various solutions and capabilities.

Jillian has worked with Smartsheet for over 5 years (3 years as a contractor, and 2.5 years as a full-time employee). When she's not geeking out on process enhancement, she can be found spending time with her husband and 3 kids in the great outdoors--camping, hiking, cruising in her Jeep, or spending the day relaxing near a body of water.
