Natalie Brewster

Senior Global Creative Operations Director

Natalie Brewster is an experienced Senior Global Creative Operations Director, with extensive experience in building and leading in-house marketing and creative teams, as well as working within and alongside, award winning global creative agencies.

She is accomplished in Brand and Creative agency transformation, delivering multi-million-pound change projects and campaigns for global organisations. Her global experience has seen her work for esteemed creative agencies such as Mother and global brands Arcadia Group, Gap Inc, Jack Wills, and most recently, The Body Shop where she held the role of the Global in-house Creative Agency MD. Natalie's career has seen her travel the globe, living in London, New York, and San Francisco.

Natalie is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, actively mentoring and leading initiatives that drive positive change. In 2021, her advocacy reached a milestone with the introduction of The Body Shop's Global employee Menopause Policy, underscoring her commitment to fostering an inclusive and progressive workplace culture.
