Entertainment: Unwind with an immersive Breathwork workshop

Breathing is the only system in our body that is both automatic and under our control. This is not a coincidence - it’s an invitation to tap into and improve our state of mind and body. Once understood, breathing practices can be used as a tool to radically improve our physical and mental health, performance and emotional wellbeing. Join this immersive workshop combining Breathwork and music, in which participants will learn how to use breath as a powerful method of self-exploration and therapy, that inspires natural healing and personal growth.

Bring yourself and something to lie on. The use of headphones is recommended.

This session will be led by Breathwork Coach, James Dowler.
