Originally from Spain, Marina is a creative leader who has built her career in Berlin, Germany.

She spent 10 years of her professional life working as program and account director in a range of creative and digital agencies, developing 360 campaigns for clients such as BMW, Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, Swarovski and Hyundai.

More recently however, she has moved towards internal agency work in the corporate sector. She started out by leading the Account Management team in Zalando’s Brand Marketing department, where she successfully managed key photo and video fashion shoots for numerous European campaigns. 

Marina is currently Head of Creative Operations at Wayfair Europe, where she leads initiatives that promote operational excellence, process optimization and capacity planning across Creative Europe’s design, copy, TV and video production teams. She was the driving force in the Creative team’s transition from a waterfall to Agile workflow and subsequent adoption of Jira, while also managing several cross-European TV shoots and scaling the team to stay on pace with Wayfair’s rapid growth in Europe.

She is a Certified Agile Practitioner by the Project Management Institute and a dedicated team lead who loves to get things done and puts her heart into everything she does - which, right now, is making sure that everybody lives in a home they love!
