Jiva Smith leads Peacock’s Campaign Operations team as a part of the Marketing Division at the NBCU streaming platform. His team works with dozens of creatives and vendors globally to facilitate the execution of all creative production with quality and scale. Jiva, of Maori (native New Zealander) origin, kicked off his career at a major Australian football club, the Sydney Swans, founding their multimedia production department. After a brief stint running a small production company, he then held several roles at Nine Network, Australia’s largest media organization; launching operations at 9Now, the country's leading AVOD platform and finally as Head of Video, Lifestyle in editorial at Nine's digital news platform. Jiva now lives in Brooklyn after relocating to New York in 2018.
