James will focus the session on the motivation and justifications for embarking on the new project to include:

  • User adoption strategies
  • Key launch activities across the global group

We’ll listen to the long-term benefits of having a dedicated history portal for a corporate archive and how the website will be integral to future engagement with both internal and external audiences.
