Mars DAM Empowers Global Marketing Teams During a Pandemic

Mars Inc. has a dedicated and thriving DAM program which enabled the company to respond quickly and effectively to a suddenly remote global workforce. Leveraging DAM capabilities, they ensured they could respond to the crisis as trusted brands with appropriate messaging.

The team strategically prioritized COVID-19 specific uploads, updated and broadly shared collections with the business while also quickly increasing the DAM training and awareness for Mars associates and their agencies.  This event solidified the support for the importance of digital asset management enterprise-wide and spotlighted how change management and operations work together.
