John currently works as a Staff Design Program Manager within the Design & Research Operations group at LinkedIn. There he focuses on strategic and horizontal operations for design systems, accessibility and tooling that affect the entire design organization. With an innate ability for problem solving and a passion to connect with others, John uses a light-hearted approach to find simple solutions for today's complex design problems. Originally from Michigan and a former resident of New York, John worked for years in advertising before moving to Northern California to work with the likes of Apple, Facebook and now, LinkedIn.
