Design Ops Symposium 2021

Jilanna leads Design & Research Operations at Zendesk, where she has pioneered the development of the Operations Program over the last 5.5 years, scaling from a team of 1 to 18. Spanning across both Product and Brand Design, she is responsible for all Design and Research operations and programs including: resourcing, production schedules, community building, learning & development and business operations. She acts as a strategic partner to the Design Leadership team, developing the infrastructure that will enable and inspire the Design teams to do their very best work. She is passionate about design and building a vibrant team culture!
