Kelley Correia is the Director of Creative Services with the League of Legends Inc Marketing Team for RiotGames in Santa Monica, CA. Kelley has over 15 years professional experience in creative operations, 6 of those having a focus on helping companies identify workflow inefficiencies within the creative process. In writing new creative process, Kelley's goal is to provide more time for the team to spend on using their creative skills, rather than navigating areas like project and asset management. Kelley is passionate about bringing efficiencies to the creative process that allow for each discipline to have more time to utilize their talent - and as a result, improving the quality of creative work and overall increased productivity. Kelley brings a realistic approach to project management focusing on highly effective user experience and continuous, collaborative governance. During her most recent ventures, Kelley has successfully assessed process, researched supporting software and presented recommendations to team leadership. Once approved, Kelley wrote and documented new creative workflows, trained teams on project management software and processes, fully implemented cross departmentally and held continuous feedback sessions, continuously building trust with her teams. Staying flexible when introducing new processes to teams is vital and staying authentic and transparent is key to success in change management. Kelley is highly empathetic, also an ex creative, so being able to give back time for creatives to use their time focusing on their passion is extremely important to her - it's the stuff that gets her out of bed in the morning! She is able to put herself in her team's shoes, to build process that works for her team. Kelley lives by the rule that process should work for you, you should never work for the process.
