She’s spent 13 years at Walmart building operational strategy and vision, and bringing in needed technology, scaling the creative and creative operations organizations, and making the grand vision of an omnichannel, omnicreative in-housing/agency hybrid model come to life. Within the last few years, Alice and team have managed the development of the creative business infrastructure, 2x growth in finances, 3x growth of resources, 4x growth of work, and the 5x growth of agency/vendor partnerships and collaborations. Alice has 20 years of experience, in varying creative capacities, working in print, packaging, and digital for retailers, magazines and dotcoms.
