Developing and Issuing a RFP – The Right Way

RFPs have a bad reputation for good reason. Too often, they fail to clarify what the issuer truly needs, and instead force bidders to jump through extraneous hoops. The problem is not the process itself, but the enterprises that fail to develop effective RFPs.

In this session, we’ll show you how to craft effective RFPs. What you should be sure to ask. What is superfluous or counterproductive. How an RFP can help you screen for usability and “fit” and what’s the best way to request normalized pricing on bids. 

The session lead by Jarrod Gingras of the Real Story Group will conclude with guidance on the pitfalls most certainly to avoid, such as long checklists and unstructured pricing guidelines.
