DAM Europe 2020

The Art and Practice of Managing Digital Media

Update - HSE Statement on COVID-19 and DAM Europe 2020

Following the extension of the lockdown period by the UK government we are postponing DAM Europe 2020. We will announce a rescheduled date as soon as possible, hopefully very shortly.
We thank and continue to support the DAM community throughout these challenging times.

In the meantime, if you are looking for more DAM content please check out our recent #DAMdigital sessions which are all complimentary and available on demand.

Bulletin issued 22 April 2020

Current Intention
Providing doing so is in accord with UK Government guidance and regulations our intention is to hold this important industry event as planned.

Background
COVID-19 has created a fast-moving scenario. Some countries and regions are reporting a reduction in incidence, others an increased number of cases and some little presence. There are over eleven weeks to DAM Europe. There is currently no one who can predict with certainty what will be the position in eleven weeks’ time. Some countries and companies have introduced travel bans or advisories with current end dates falling well before the event. They may or may not extend those end dates. It is too soon to tell.

We are being guided in our planning by the best medical and administrative guidance available (from the WHO, the UK Government, NHS, medical advisors and scientists). We are also in close liaison with the Amba Hotel, Marble Arch venue managers.

We are very conscious of our responsibilities to all attendees to the event (delegates, sponsors and speakers) and to the entire community DAM Europe serves.

Events are unfolding rapidly. We are monitoring developments closely. We will keep you fully informed of our plans and planning. We will issue updates every few days.

If circumstances require it, we will postpone and reschedule. Rest assured that DAM Europe 2020 will not be cancelled.

We will keep you fully informed.

To confirm, our current intention is to hold this important industry event as planned.
