In this time she has lead projects and provided leadership to bring stability and success to poorly performing departments and growth to services, implemented processes that add value and eliminate waste, and overseen the implementation of various capital investment projects to improve service delivery.

Tamara is a qualified Archivist and Records Manager and is a Prince 2 practicioner. She has spoken at national conferences, run webinars, and been interviewed about her work in the field of digital preservation.
