Elizabeth Anne Wilhelm is a project management consultant with over 12 years of experience. She specializes in software implementations, IT project management, business process re-engineering, and earned value management (EVM) for U.S. Government and Commercial clients. 

From 2015 to the present, she has managed implementations of Workfront project management software for Bloomberg, Estée Lauder, Fossil, Kenan Advantage Group, Lincoln Financial Group, Marriott Hotels, Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, PwC, and Viacom. 

Additionally, Elizabeth has supported the Millennium Challenge Corporation in the development and maintenance of a custom online software application, known as the MCC Management Information System (MIS). She has also provided project management and EVM support for large scale IT programs for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Department of State (DoS).

Elizabeth is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Earned Value Professional (EVP), and has achieved the Earned Value Management Graduate Certificate from PMI's EVM Community of Practice, and holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from the University of Maryland, College Park.
