Currently serving as the Design Operations Leader and Chief of Staff for the User Experience team at Intuitive Surgical, Sasheen brings a wealth of expertise in streamlining processes, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and delivering exceptional user experiences.

In her role, Sasheen is responsible for overseeing design operations, ensuring seamless coordination between design teams and other departments to optimize efficiency and maximize impact. Her strategic leadership and hands-on approach have been instrumental in elevating design capabilities and driving product innovation.
