Z works across DesignOps and ProductOps, helping teams grow with clarity and purpose by building systems that support people, strengthen culture, and keep organisations aligned as they scale. She currently leads Product Experience Operations at Cloudflare, a global web infrastructure and security company, and is driving AI literacy and upskilling across the product design team through practical training and vibe-coding practices. She is a design practitioner, entrepreneur, and educator committed to operational excellence and improving the day-to-day experience of the teams she supports.

Before Cloudflare, she led design teams in-house and in consulting. She also taught leadership and interaction design, mentoring emerging designers. Outside of work, Z collaborates on a sci-fi series and creates large-scale floral paintings, reflecting her broader creative interests.
