These include a range of operational methods related to strategy, hiring, career development, asynchronous communication, design critiques, and more.  Drawing on his years of experience leading small, high-performing, world-class design teams, Bob will describe in detail what is and isn't working for his current team, one that is spread across multiple cultures, multiple countries, and indeed, multiple hemispheres.
