Digital Maturity in a Wholesale Organisation

Turning a wholesale sportswear giant into a digital success story - that’s the challenge PUMA is facing in its digital journey. 

With a mature but still thriving wholesale business, PUMA is at the beginning stages of its digital journey. 

There are over 20 regional teams and 5 platforms serving more than 50 countries. Building teams and products at scale is no small feat. This session will present the task (in all its complexity) and relate how it is being undertaken.

Stuart Wainstock, Global Lead Design Operations & Systems at PUMA, describes both what he has already done and what he intends to do in a transformation designed to connect people, products, and process.  

Stuart will share many of the challenges; adopted and rejected strategies; failures; and successes of this still ongoing, digital journey.
