Kim leads Design Operations for Digital Experience Design in the Commercial & Investment Bank at J.P. Morgan. Her team focuses on driving efficiencies for the business through design and experimentation principles, leveraging her team’s position within design to drive broader impact across the business. Kim has 15+ years experience of enabling and scaling design in large organisations and is combining her expertise in Business Operations, Program Management and Design Leadership to evolve DesignOps at the CIB. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Kim established the first Design Operations team at Sainsbury’s Digital, embedded Design and Research into their transformation, led org design strategy and scaling, and built strong partnerships across the firm to increase the perceived value and ROI of design.

Outside of her passion for driving design at scale, supporting a Design Community of 250+ people in the world’s leading investment bank and leading a Design Operations team – Kim is also Mum to a two-year-old son, a travel and music fanatic, and a recovering multiple marathon runner.
