Karin has been a driving force in communications technology at CIMIC Group for over 18 years, leading transformative initiatives that have reshaped how the organisation manages and delivers digital content. 

In 2023, Karin spearheaded the transition from Sitecore XP to the cloud-based Sitecore XM Cloud and Search platform, unifying 13 websites into a scalable, globally consistent platform. Under her leadership, CIMIC Group has expanded to 21 websites, with more in development. 

As the DAM lead for the APAC region, Karin has overseen the rollout of Sitecore Content Hub Ops across ACS Group companies in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. This included the implementation of a unified DAM system for managing multimedia assets, external sharing controls, and metadata governance. 

Her strategic leadership has positioned CIMIC for long-term growth and operational excellence in digital content management. Karin continues to drive innovation through integration projects, including bespoke mapping between Content Hub and Sitecore XM Cloud, and leads cross-functional collaboration with vendors.
