Tara Geraghty is Vice President of Creative Services & Operations at Catalyst Brands, where she leads a multi-brand Center of Excellence spanning six major retail brands including JCPenney, Brooks Brothers, Nautica, Lucky Brand, Eddie Bauer, and Aeropostale. With over 25 years of experience, Tara is known for uniting creative vision with operational excellence—elevating brand campaigns while driving efficiency, speed, and scale across global teams. She oversees end-to-end content production, from ecommerce and campaign photography to TV and broadcast production, print and digital post-production, and the integration of marketing and creative technology ecosystems.
At Catalyst, she is spearheading the Creative Services Integration program, consolidating studios, modernizing workflows, and transforming content supply chain operations to be automation- and AI-ready. Previously, Tara held senior leadership roles at Victoria’s Secret and NBCUniversal, where she built in-house studios, established global creative operations teams, and drove process and technology innovation. She is recognized for balancing fashion-driven marketing impact with operational efficiency, connecting product supply chain logistics to creative output at scale—and reminding her teams that creativity and collaboration should be as enjoyable as they are effective.
