Jenn has been with Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE) for 13 years, building her career from her early days on the Networks Programming team to her current role leading Content Distribution & Revenue Asset Management. Throughout her tenure, she has been deeply connected to MLSE’s Media Asset Management and Digital Asset Management environments - first as a close collaborator, and now as their strategic leader.
A skilled planner and team leader, Jenn specializes in guiding cross-functional groups through the fast-paced intersection of asset management, governance, and the sports and entertainment industry. She is passionate about shaping cohesive strategies that not only strengthen asset management practices but also drive revenue growth and elevate fan-first content delivery.
In her role, Jenn partners with senior leadership, DAM/MAM leaders, and key stakeholders across Marketing, Global Partnerships, IT, and beyond, redefining the scope and impact of MLSE’s Media Asset Management team. Her work ensures that MLSE’s content and asset strategy continues to deliver value across the organization while meeting the evolving needs of a diverse set of stakeholders.
