Jaguar Land Rover and Spark44 have successfully harnessed the power of over 100k assets shared amongst 6,000 users worldwide. Agency partner Spark44 is now building additional briefing, project management and resource management capabilities to this customized DAM platform. Jerry Melichar, Spark44’s Operations Director for North America, will discuss the unique joint-venture agency model between JLR and Spark44 and will share lessons he and his team have learned while leveraging their existing DAM platform to build new capabilities from the ground up.
