Underestimating the needs and power of digital asset management, it’s not unusual for organizations to task one single person with all aspects of designing, deploying, governing, and operating a DAM. And in some cases, overseeing digital libraries is not the only job of the Digital Asset Manager! This session provides a forum to discuss strategies for building and integrating DAM into your organization without losing sight of daily needs and long-term goals. Panelists will share tips and insights on prioritization, workload balance, tempering expectations, evangelizing DAM, working smarter and creatively with limited resources, and strategizing team expansion opportunities. This session is a chance to share experiences and leave with new ideas on how to tackle your DAM as a "Lone Arranger".
