This session covers the fundamentals of metadata and taxonomy in an interactive and fun learning environment. Within every organization are substantial resources of knowledge and creativity known as employees and customers. What most organizations lack are the process and tools to aggregate knowledge and creativity and use it to innovate the right products, operating models and/or business initiatives.

It’s a fun, fast, creative session intended to create a range of ideas and potential solutions to solve a specific challenge, in this instance, metadata for DAM. It’s about collaboration, experimentation, and innovation! It's also about putting the customer / user front and center by starting with understanding their needs and desires. You will leave this interactive session feeling positive and empowered that you know what metadata is and that you have the foundation to move forward.
