With nearly 25 years of experience in the creative technology industry, Mr. Carroll has embraced the challenges inherent in this constantly evolving and highly competitive field by mastering the languages spoken in the technology, creative, and corporate offices – and serving as interpreter. His expertise spans print and interactive development. He has served as a consultant to the nation's largest advertising agencies, helping them develop strategies to streamline their workflows and minimize expenses. He oversaw Leo Burnett's company-wide transition to an OSX operating system, seamlessly leading 600 employees through the process while avoiding any downtime. As a recognized leader in his industry, he presented at the grand opening ceremonies for the Apple store in downtown Chicago, chaired an Adobe conference in New York and has spoken at numerous trade show events nationally. He has managed projects for hundreds of brands globally. He has recently served as Solution Sales Executive for IOI, the leading system integrator in the United States, specializing in marketing information management, digital asset management, content management and other tools that provide profitable workflow solutions for creative agencies.
