As General Sales Manager, Mark leads the North American and LATAM sales teams for Adstream. Mark brings over 13 years of sales and professional development experience to the team. Mark’s responsibilities include setting new business targets, forecasting and devising strategy for Adstream in North America. Mark has global sales experience having managed, coached, and mentored sales teams in several locations including Malaysia and his home country, Australia. Mark began his career in Australia in direct sales continued as Sales Manager with Sensis and has been with Adstream for the past four years working on sales, product innovation, technology integration and customer success.
A natural leader, Mark has experience across the digital media environment and lead a team of 60+ staff including front line sales, sales managers, coaches, and campaign managers. His experience extends into development of various sales process strategies including workflow solutions, revenue acquisition, churn mitigation and customer satisfaction strategies. As a product expert, Mark carries in-depth knowledge of product architecture and implementation with a focus on helping customers with organizational change management during shift to digital media.
Throughout his career Mark has been a hands-on salesperson in his own right, overseeing annual revenue responsibility ranging from $8 - $15 million per industry vertical or target. Mark’s continued focus on the client experience and customer journey are what make him a valuable asset to any organization. Mark brings with him a global enterprise level understanding of SaaS product strategy and marketing.
