Jody Coghlan is a Senior Vice President at Bank of America and the Director of the Digital Asset and Media Management COE (DAMM COE) that includes Art Buying, the Digital Asset and the in-house PhotoStudio. The DAMM COE applies a systematic approach to digital rights management (DRM), manages digital files to protect the use and distribution of all electronic media that is stored and transferred digitally, provides rich creative visual solutions, staffs an in-house Photographer who creates Bank-owned original content and maintains a strong risk culture regarding copyright respect and adherence. Jody’s partnerships, team, and experience have been well cultivated over her 21 year tenure with the Bank resulting in a robust educated team that is nimble in both approach and action.
