As Senior Vice President of Strategy and Sales at Celtra, Eli helps marketers and their agencies and consultancies, transform how their creative and media teams collaborate. He leads Celtra's brand direct sales team and Celtra's marketing department.  

A veteran marketing professional, Eli spent nearly two decades leading digital transformation efforts across the advertising industry. Most recently, as Managing Director, Global Head of Media and Connections at R/GA, Eli helped clients like Samsung, PepsiCo, Walmart, and LEGO develop and execute digital-first strategies for online and offline media innovation, building out an integrated cross-functional talent-rich department within the 40+ year old digital agency and consultancy. Prior to R/GA, Chapman was Senior Director, Client Partner at TubeMogul (acquired by Adobe), where he built the company’s client partnership model for working directly with brands, including L’Oreal USA, Johnson & Johnson, and Heineken. He previously founded his own digital agency where his clients included The Coca-Cola Company and Proximo Spirits.
