Charlene started over 30 years ago in the publishing business and quickly advanced to agency management, where she has become proficient in managing Creative Operation Services for multi-million-dollar clients. She has worked for high-profile companies such as Young & Rubicam, Saatchi & Saatchi Los Angeles, Intuit Software, Apple, and Genentech Pharmaceuticals.

During her role with Genentech, she established an Enterprise Digital Asset System (DAM) and developed supportive business procedures to support the implementation and integration of Veeva Vault PromoMats MLR-compliant system. Charlene speaks frequently on the importance of agency management, developing omnichannel processes, and systems integrations by sharing her expertise and supporting clients in their own journeys for long-term success.
