Charlene started in advertising over thirty years ago, managing Creative and Production Services for multi-million-dollar clients. She has worked for high profile companies such as Young & Rubicam, Saatchi & Saatchi LA, Intuit Software and Apple.

In her role as Director of Creative Services for Saatchi & Saatchi, one of her more prominent projects was the development of the first Corporate Global Digital Asset Management system for Saatchi & Saatchi’s client Toyota Corporation. Over the years Charlene has developed and implemented several Enterprise Digital Asset Platforms, Agency Management and Studio Production Services teams. Currently working for Genentech Inc. (Roche) managing the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform and development of modular content programs.
