Charissa is known for her innovative thinking and for the results she achieves leading Bank of America’s in-house agency, Enterprise Creative Solutions (ECS). For Charissa, it's all about using technology to deliver thought leadership, and channel strategies with speed and agility. Establishing an infrastructure to originate, adapt, and manage a significant library of content and assets is just one of the ways that ECS drives an agile workflow, delivers integrated content across various platforms, and remains cost competitive.Charissa currently serves as co-chair of the Association of National Advertisers (ANA) in-house agency committee and is an active member within the In-House Agency Forum (IHAF). She is also a member of the Direct Marketing Association (DMA), the Financial Communications Society (FCS) and AIGA.Active in her community, Charissa supports the Delaware Center for Horticulture, the Friends of Wilmington Parks, and various medical societies including those in support of leukemia, lymphoma and ovarian cancer. She is a Silver Ally for LBGT Pride at Bank of America, and a member of LEAD for Women. In her free time, Charissa enjoys biking with her husband, and finds self-expression through culinary experimentation, interior and landscape design endeavors.
