Callum Hughes

Head of Post Production Technology

Callum Hughes is the Head of Post Production Technology at Amazon Studios. Having been a Principal Solutions Architect, he’s spent the last three years at the studio figuring out and building new ways to solve complex problems in Post Production (and a bit of Production!) without freaking out too many people. Being an AWS person for the prior six years, there’s nothing more Callum likes than building entire systems and services in the AWS Cloud, and you’ll often hear him talking about ways to speed up development and increase security by utilizing Cloud-based technologies. In his spare time, you’ll find him riding his Harley-Davidson, snowboarding, or building things (but not normally all three at once!).
