Kendall Ginsbach

Digital Media Architect

National Football League

Kendall Ginsbach began his career in France, working for Endemol and contributing to the launch of premium sports Network Orange Sport in 2009, before moving to the U.S. to participate in the launch of the Pac-12 Networks. At the Pac-12, Ginsbach took over media management and archiving operations, running one of the first systems in M&E to use cloud storage as its legacy archive. Utilizing metadata centric processes, Ginsbach and his team designed workflows that both optimized storage strategy and allowed efficient access for content creators.

In July 2017, Ginsbach joined the NFL to build and run the Digital Content Library, the centralized archive for the League’s digital assets and a workflow acceleration platform. Leveraging a modular architecture, built for sustainable growth and integrability, the DCL creates efficiency for content creation and exchange throughout the organization, while ensuring that business critical content and workflows are accessible at all times and from anywhere. Using his expertise in content management, Ginsbach has been developing workflows adapted to the wide-ranging needs of the League’s Business Units, and lead the effort to implement the DCL as the backbone for Digital Media’s VOD operations.
