Tina McGee is an experienced marketing and creative production professional currently leading the Creative Production team at CrossCountry Mortgage (CCM). Over the past year, she implemented CCM’s first enterprise Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to drive excellence in marketing production, aligning creative efforts with the company’s business goals. Prior to joining CCM, Tina served as Manager of Creative Production at Progressive Insurance. She excels in optimizing creative processes through Lean leadership methodologies and holds a bachelor’s degree in visual information design from Kent State University.
