DAM Industry Week

Peter Parker is the Subject Matter Expert for PIM and DAM at Sartorius AG which provides solutions for the biopharmaceutical industry and labratories. He is a 20 year veteran of the DAM and PIM industry having served in numerous roles on both sides of the customer and vendor relationship as well as on both sides of the Atlantic. Peter started his career at Newsweek magazine by introducing one of the first major DAM systems in the publishing industry. He has since moved across a broad variety of vertical markets, from high end fashion photography and web delivery workflows, to catalog production, to retail multi-channel delivery workflows in the toy industry. His main focus is on how best to leverage DAM and content technologies in complex integrations with today's diverse range of platforms.

His current projects include building out the automated integrations between DAM, PIM, Web, eShop, and ERP as well as immersing himself in the German culture and enjoying the local cuisine.
