Elias Castaneda leads the Content Operations and Analytics team at Hershey. His team is responsible for Hershey’s content management and syndication for over 630k pieces of content a year. Currently his team is in a 5 year journey of implementing a E2E content automation strategy. This content strategy includes the implementation of 5 core technologies and the optimization 20+ business processes across 7+ departments. 

Elias have functionally worked in the digital, marketing, sales and finance departments. With this unique set of experiences, he has helped organizations implement strategic capabilities such as e-commerce and revenue growth management, to achieve a competitive advantage and better serve customers.
