Formerly at Paramount Global (Showtime) for 25 years as the SVP of Production & Technology, with direct oversight of the development, production and distribution of all marketing and advertising content. Loves change management, building and managing collaborative teams, designing efficient, frictionless processes and developing technology tools that create cost-saving opportunities.

The areas of expertise Paul has focused on include:

  • Video Production (physical production shoots, audio/video post-production, scheduling & post facility operations)
  • Print/Digital Advertising & Marketing Production (digital display, finishing, pre-press & print buying)
  • Technology Design & Implementation (pre-built and custom software design & development, digital asset management (DAM) & media asset management (MAM) systems)
  • Campaign & Project Management (rights management, job management and oversight of all campaign assets)
