Scott is responsible for providing technical direction and oversight for athletics’ multi-media production infrastructure, including asset management. Prior to coming to Notre Dame, Scott worked in a variety of roles at NASCAR Media Group and PGA TOUR Productions.

Scott serves as an advisory board member to the Sports Video Group and SpectraLogic Advisory Council, and has won several awards throughout his career. Among his accomplishments include in 2008 Computerworld’s Best Practices in Storage Award and in 2007 he was a member of the 2007 Sports EMMY winning team for “Live Event Turnaround”. In 2009, he presented at the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) conference on the topic of asset management. In 2013, Notre Dame won the inaugural SVG/NACDA Technology Leadership Award.
