Michael Shattuck

Director of Customer Success

Widen, an Acquia company

Michael joined Widen, an Acquia company, in 2017 where he currently serves as Director of Customer Success. In this role, he leads customer-facing teams with a focus on delivering long-term success – leveraging the full range of products and services to lead each customer to achieve their desired outcomes on their desired timeline. Prior to this role, Michael led Widen’s consulting team, engaging marketing and creative professionals with a focus on digital transformation projects that leveraged services such as martech strategy design, change management, and process optimization. A huge remit of that role was to grasp a deep understanding of customer environments and digital asset management (DAM) use cases in order to implement the Widen Collective® as an anchor platform in their marketing technology (martech) stack.

Before joining Widen, Michael spent almost ten years with New Balance, where he spearheaded content and marketing technology systems, including the implementation and management of New Balance’s DAM solution. Based in St Louis, Missouri, Michael holds a Bachelor of Music from Northwestern University, a Masters in Missiology from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and is an executive MBA candidate at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
