DAM Industry Week 2022

Julian provides global leadership and guidance to build a world class user experience team by defining standards, guidelines, best practices, processes and determining how the user experience team interacts with other groups. He advises and makes actionable recommendations to executive management and business groups on strategic ‘voice of the customer’ topics to develop a world class user experience. Julian specializes in zeroing in on users’ underlying emotional and functional needs and he then executes on those discoveries to create enjoyable experiences for ALL!

In his role, Julian overseas the analysis and research around the customer experience, collaborating with the Brand teams and Data Scientists to ensure that the implementation of research results to reduce user pain points and ensure a user-centered and accessible approach.
