Heather Polen is the Global Vice President, Customer Transformation at Sitecore where she is responsible for partnering with customers to drive industry inspiration and transformation of digital marketing initiatives. Prior to joining Sitecore, Heather worked at General Mills where she spent 9+ years building a global digital agency model that served 42 countries. She led a team of 160 marketing and technology professionals as well as an extensive network of partners that represented capabilities in digital strategy, digital development, creative/content production, CRM, loyalty and data and analytics. Heather was also responsible for the development of marketing technology solutions that contributed to multi-million-dollar efficiencies & business growth. No matter the initiative, Heather is passionate about putting the consumer at the center to deliver remarkable consumer experiences.
