New DAM … New Ways of Working … Rolling out a DAM Across Multiple Teams and Markets

18 January, 11:45 AM GMT

In this session, Rachael Singh, Global Product Owner, DAM at Vodafone, will share not only her insights on implementing a new DAM, but also ways of working across multiple teams and markets.

One of Rachael’s tasks was to create a custom DAM capable of playing a critical part in ensuring there is cross-team collaboration. The DAM must suit multiple requirements for stakeholders across global regions.

Rachael will focus on key priorities:

  • The importance of ensuring brand buy-in – from top to bottom
  • Making teams across Europe and beyond feel part of the conversation through the configuration of the DAM
  • Future proofing the DAM – this is easier said than done
  • Ensuring seamless integration with multiple systems
  • Keep up good governance
  • Getting everyone onboard for great user-experience

HS DAM events has set the bar for virtual conferences! Live sessions, engaging polls and questions boxes, chats with attendees, and virtual contests for swag...I don't know how a virtual conference could be more awesome! I look forward to this conference every year and the team at HS never disappoints!
