Jack Higgins, a seasoned Delivery Lead with deep expertise in Digital Asset Management (DAM), content production, and Quality Assurance. With over 20 years’ experience spanning print, retail, and digital media, he brings a strategic yet practical approach to optimising DAM systems, streamlining workflows, and ensuring global asset delivery at scale.
Starting his career during the print-to-digital shift with Rapida Group and Kennes Litho, Jack built a strong foundation in post-production operations. He later worked with global retail leaders Apple UK and Sony UK, gaining valuable experience at the intersection of customer experience, technology, and brand execution.
Most recently at The Body Shop’s Global HQ, Jack established and led global asset delivery and DAM operations, driving automation, licensing governance, and compliance across international markets and media channels.
Jack is passionate about bridging the creative and technical worlds to build scalable, sustainable, and efficient content ecosystems. His work continues to shape best practices in DAM strategy, accessibility, and quality assurance.
