Thomas Stilling

Digital Transformation & Technology Leader

Thomas is a technology and product leader driving high value solutions for the transformation of complex digital journeys into highly impactful customer experiences.

Most recently a senior leader at Forrester Research overseeing Digital Strategy and Production, he built a global team and led Forrester’s digital transformation program to reimagine the digital ecosystem and technology capabilities supporting Digital Publishing, UX, and Media Production.

Prior to this role, he was executive at 20th Century Fox where he oversaw digital and physical asset planning and film and tv project launches. Leading teams through a period of extraordinary change in how digital content and IP were distributed and consumed, he was recognized for developing best in class organizational strategy and practices to support the realities of increased content volume and customer complexity.

In addition to his work at 20th Century Fox, Thomas has partnered with Warner, Disney, and National Geographic among others operationalizing digital content strategy in a fractured marketplace and has served as Head of Product for a NY based startup focused on digital licensing and IP tracking.

A known thought leader and a sought-out consultant on digital content, media supply chain and customer journeys, Thomas has presented on timely topics including “People or Process – the Quest for Automation”, “14 Weeks: Scaling Your Team to Manage Disruptive Change”, and “Lessons from the (Digital) Front Lines”. He is also currently a Course Designer and Instructor for two courses at Rutgers University School of Communications and Information Sciences, “Governance and DAM” and “Fundamentals of AI and Digital Asset Management”.
