For the past 30 years, digital teams have grown alongside a business's digital presence.
Unfortunately, just like the online footprint, these teams are often disconnected, sprawling and disorganized. They manage their digital presence not with an operational focus but as a series of projects. This dynamic makes it difficult for teams to take deep advantage of powerful tools for managing digital assets. You can't do any cool and fun stuff because the team just can't get organised around shared goals and working methods.
